Discover the journey of wasabi: from its raw root form to the bright green paste we know on our plates.
This poster is part of our “From Nature to Plate” series – a tribute to the transformation of iconic Japanese ingredients. We chose wasabi because it's often misunderstood: true wasabi is grated from a fresh rhizome, not squeezed from a tube!
🎌 Fun fact: in Japan, it’s common to hide a bit of wasabi between the rice and the fish in sushi, and some people even mix it into takoyaki for a surprise game night with friends.

The initial design is always created for the 70×100 cm format, then thoughtfully adapted to smaller sizes to preserve the integrity and visual balance of the artwork.
