This poster is part of our “From Nature to Plate” series, a tribute to how iconic Japanese ingredients transform before reaching our tables. We chose fugu because it perfectly balances danger and craftsmanship: only licensed chefs can turn this poisonous pufferfish into an edible masterpiece.
🎣 Fun fact: qualifying to serve fugu in Japan takes at least three years of rigorous training and exams. One mistake with the tetrodotoxin-rich organs, and the dish can be lethal!

The initial design is always created for the 70×100 cm format, then thoughtfully adapted to smaller sizes to preserve the integrity and visual balance of the artwork.
