Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple flat rate with free shipping over 100 € / $100
- Europe: 5.99 €
- United States: $5.99
- Rest of the world: 8.99 €
Free shipping threshold is calculated based on the equivalent of € in your local currency at checkout.
International Shipping
Some items may be shipped separately depending on our production partners.
You will never be charged additional shipping fees.
Please note: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us via our contact page with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount (refund amounts may also vary slightly due to currency conversion and are outside of OTSUKATSU's control). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, or may be deducted from your refund if we provide a prepaid return label. This depends on your country and the return conditions.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via your order email or our contact page, including your order number and a photo of the item. We review each case individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
